1 (28 ounces) can beef (drained)
1 (12 ounces) container ready-made, reduced-salt beef gravy
6 servings of instant mashed potato flakes
1 (16 ounces) container sour cream
2 cups Cheddar cheese (grated, for topping)
6 whole cherry tomatoes (to garnish)
In a pan, over low heat, warm the canned beef.
In a second pan, on low heat, heat the gravy while stirring frequently.
Cook the instant mash according to the package directions.
Using 6 individual ice cream Sundae bowls, layer the warm mashed potato,
beef, gravy, and sour cream.
Scatter shredded Cheddar over the top and garnish with a whole cherry (tomato)!
