Cooking + Prep Time: 10 minutes
5 oz. of water, simmering
3 tbsp. of milk, whole
1 tbsp. of yerba mate herb, loose-leaf
Sugar, as desired
Combine simmering water with whole milk.
Place yerba mate into infuser. Place infuser into mug.
Pour liquid over infuser slowly and allow liquid to seep in, like you do when you use a coffee filter with manual drip.
Brew for 4-6 minutes, depending on how strong you like your drinks.
Add sugar as desired. Use a spoon to stir. Serve.
