ΒΌ cup Mexican blend cheese (shredded)
1 fajita-sized flour tortilla
ΒΌ cup canned chicken (shredded)
Butter (as needed)
Salsa and sour cream (to serve, optional)
Scatter the shredded Mexican cheese over one half of the flour tortilla.
Sprinkle the shredded canned chicken over the cheese and fold over in half.
Over moderate to low heat, in a skillet, melt the butter.
To the melted butter, add the tortilla and cook until it is golden and the cheese melted.
Flip the tortilla over and continue to cook on the reverse side.
Remove from the pan and slice into triangles.
Serve with a dollop of salsa and sour cream.
