1 (8 ounces) package reduced-fat cream cheese (softened)
½ cup low-fat sour cream
¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 cup store-bought seafood cocktail sauce
2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 (6 ounces) can small shrimp (rinsed and drained)
3 green onions (sliced)
1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
Crackers or toast triangles (to serve, optional)
In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the sour cream and mayonnaise until combined and smooth.
Spread the mixture onto a 12" circular plate and top with the seafood sauce.
Scatter the shredded cheese over the top, followed by the green onions and chopped tomatoes.
Transfer to the fridge to chill until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers or lightly toasted bread triangles
