1 minced garlic clove
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 diced small-sized onion
1 pinch grated ginger
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 pounds cauliflower head (cut into florets)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
7 ounces coconut milk
1 pinch turmeric
8 tablespoons broth
7 ounces diced tomatoes
Put oil in a pan.
Add in the garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, curry, and cumin. Stir-cook for 3 minutes.
Add in the coconut milk, cauliflower, broth, and tomatoes.
Cook till themixture is well boiled and the cauliflower is soft.
Transfer the mixture into a processor.
Process until the soup is smooth.
Transfer the soup back to the pan. Boil for 2 minutes. Add pepper and salt.
