1 tablespoon salt
1 garlic bulb (opened)
1 teaspoon thyme
1 diced white onion
2 cups chopped cauliflower
1 chopped carrot (peeled)
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 tablespoon pepper
2 cups vegetable broth
Preheat your oven to 399 degrees F.
Place each bulb of garlic on a foil.
Add a drizzle of oil to the bulbs.
Wrap the foil and roast it for 5 minutes.
Throw the carrot, broth, and onion in a pot. Cook for 4 minutes.
Add the rosemary, cauliflower, peeled roasted garlic, and thyme.
Allow simmering for 15 minutes.
Throw into a processor.
Blend until creamily smooth.
Add pepper and salt.
