1 minced garlic clove
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pound ripe tomatoes (chopped)
1 pinch sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pack thin spaghetti
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 handful chopped basil
Put the tomatoes, lemon juice, pepper, olive oil, sugar, salt, and garlic in a
bowl. Mix well.
Cook the spaghetti al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
Add to the mixture above into the pot of cooked spaghetti.
Add 2 tablespoons of water.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Serve with basil.
