1 (28 ounces) can turkey
2 (8") pie shells with top crust
2 cups store-bought, ready-made poultry gravy
1 (14 ounces) can of mixed vegetables
Salt and black pepper
Evenly divide the canned turkey between the pie shells.
Pour 1 cup of poultry gravy into each pie shell followed by the mixed veggies, and spread the filling evenly.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Cover the pies with their top crusts.
Make 4 small slash cuts in the top of the pies to allow the steam to escape.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes, until the gravy, starts to bubble.
