Seed mix
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon linseeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
1 pinch ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons flaked almonds
1 tablespoon agave syrup
Other ingredients
1 peeled avocado (chopped)
1 sliced banana
50g chopped spinach
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1 chopped mango
150ml coconut milk
Preheat the oven to 352 degrees F.
Arrange the banana in a lined tray.
Chill for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Add in the seed mix in a bowl, throw in the cinnamon and a little maple
syrup.
Toss well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking tray.
Roast for 10 minutes.
Blend the mango, the remaining maple syrup, chilled banana, butter, spinach,
milk, and avocado smoothly.
Garnish with seed mixture, berries, and extra banana.
