1 cup tahini dressing
2 handfuls sliced red onion
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 head cauliflower (chopped to florets)
3 teaspoons olive oil
1 handful chopped parsley
1 cup spiced chickpeas
Preheat the oven to 402 degrees F.
Place the onion, chickpeas, and cauliflower in a pan lined with a sheet.
Add the pepper, oil, and salt.
Toss well.
Roast the mixture for 20 minutes.
Garnish with dressing and parsley.
