150g green salad
2 medium-sized tortilla wraps
200g kidney beans in spicy sauce
200g chopped tomatoes with herbs
Preheat the oven 402 degrees F.
Cook the tomatoes and beans in a pot for 7 minutes.
Add pepper and salt.
Grease the inside of two muffin tins, and place each tortilla in the tin, spread out.
Place a piece of foil each in the tin to cover the tortilla.
Warm the tin for 5 minutes.
Bring out the tins and discard the foil.
Divide the bean mixture into each tortilla cup.
Serve with a green salad.
