1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup kale
1 minced garlic clove
1 can chickpeas
1 cup vegetable broth
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon pepper
Sauté the garlic and olive in a pan of oil.
Throw in the remaining ingredients.
Allow simmering for 12 minutes.
Serve immediately.
