1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 pinch garlic powder
3 handfuls chopped kale
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 pinch mustard seeds
4 sliced shallots
1 cup grated coconut
Process the kale to form a pesto texture.
Pour the oil into a pan.
Toast the mustard seeds for 3 minutes.
Add in the turmeric and shallot.
Add the kale.
Cook for 2 minutes before adding the garlic, salt, and coconut.
Toss well.
