2 tablespoons hummus
1 handful rocket leaves
4 slices rye toast (toasted)
130g stoned avocado (sliced)
Spread the hummus across one side of each rye bread.
On the coated part of 2 sliced bread, pile the avocado, tomato, and rocket.
Then, cover with the remaining 2 slices of bread.
