4 ounces wheat rotini (cooked al dente)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 ounces chunked cream cheese
7 ounces chopped artichoke (rinsed and dried)
3 ounces chopped spinach (boiled)
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
6 tablespoons milk
1 pinch pepper
Put the milk, cheeses, garlic, and pepper in a pan.
Stir-cook till the mixture is bubbling.
Add in the spinach, pasta, and artichoke.
Cook for 3 minutes more.
