1 (8¾ ounces) packet ready-made filled tortellini
1 red onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
A pinch of salt
2 handfuls chard (shredded)
Freshly squeezed juice of ½ lemon
Toasted hazelnuts (to serve)
Parmesan (shaved, to serve)
Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, in a small pan, cook the red onion together with a pinch of salt until sweetened.
Add the chard and fresh lemon juice, and cook until the greens are wilted.
Drain the pasta, and add it to the pan, stirring to combine.
Serve the tortellini garnished with toasted hazelnuts and a shaving of Parmesan.
