1 handful chopped parsley
1 teaspoon oil
1 pinch salt
3 cups carrot (cut in fries shape)
1 pinch smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch pepper
Preheat your oven to 422 degrees F.
Toss the carrots in a bowl with oil, salt, cornstarch, cumin, pepper, and paprika.
Arrange the carrots on a parchment lined sheet.
Bake till crispy.
Serve and garnish with parsley.
